These terms apply when you use the Luminova website and place an order with us.

1. About us

This website is operated by Luminova Global Energy Pty Ltd (ACN 700 055 769), registered office 264 George St, Sydney NSW 2000.

2. Age

You must be 18 or over to use this website or buy from us. See our age & consent policy.

3. Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock — and will refund any amount paid.

5. Promotions and gift cards

Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. WELCOME10 is limited to one use per email address. Gift cards are redeemable on products in store and can’t be exchanged for cash.

7. Product use

Please read product instructions and care information. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, check with your health professional before using intimate products.

8. Payment

We accept USDT (Tether) on the TRON (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20) networks. Prices are shown in Australian dollars including GST. At checkout we convert your order total to USDT at a live exchange rate and hold that quote for 30 minutes.

Your order is accepted once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain. You are responsible for any network fees and for sending the full quoted amount, in USDT, on the network you selected, to the address shown for your order. Payments sent in another currency, on another network or to an old address may not be recoverable.

Refunds for USDT orders are paid in USDT to a wallet address you nominate, for the Australian-dollar amount being refunded converted at the exchange rate on the day of the refund. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
