Our story
About Luminova
Luminova is an online boutique for pleasure, intimate care and lingerie, run from Sydney. We stock a tight edit of brands we trust, describe products plainly, and ship everything discreetly.
What we believe
Buying an intimate product should feel as straightforward as buying anything else for your wellbeing. That means honest descriptions, body-safe materials, clear prices with GST included, and packaging that keeps your business your own.
How we choose what we sell
- Body-safe materials first — medical-grade silicone, ABS and clean-formula lubricants.
- Fewer, better brands — including our long-term supply partner ELVIO, a Denver, Colorado company known for gift-boxed devices with jewellery-like design.
- Clear specs on every product: materials, dimensions, run time, waterproof rating and what’s in the box.
Inclusive by default
Our range and our language are for every adult — solo or partnered, any gender, any orientation, any experience level. If something on our site doesn’t feel that way, please tell us.
