How the free express threshold works
Express delivery is free when your cart’s item total — after discounts, including GST — is $59 or more. You’ll see a progress bar in your cart showing how close you are.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across Australia, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers for standard delivery. We don’t currently ship internationally.
Discreet by default
Every parcel uses a plain outer carton with a neutral sender name — never “Luminova” and never a description of the contents. More about our packaging.
Timeframes
Timeframes are estimates from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote and regional areas can take a little longer.
