Orders & delivery
How much is shipping?
Express delivery (1–3 business days) is $14.95 and free on orders of $59 or more. Standard delivery (3–6 business days) is $9.95, and Click & Collect from Sydney is free.
Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we deliver within Australia only.
Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best before it’s packed. Contact us.
Payment
How do I pay?
We accept USDT (Tether) on TRON (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20). At checkout you’ll get an exact amount and a wallet address — pay from any wallet or exchange. The price is held for 30 minutes and your order is confirmed automatically once the payment lands.
Will it show on my bank statement?
No. You pay from your own crypto wallet or exchange account, so there’s no card transaction and nothing from us on your bank statement.
Which network should I use?
TRC-20 (TRON) is usually the cheapest and confirms in about a minute. ERC-20 (Ethereum) works too, but its network fees are higher. Always send USDT on the same network you chose at checkout.
My exchange took a fee and the amount was short — what now?
No problem. Paste your transaction hash on the payment page, or contact us with your order details and we’ll sort it out.
Privacy
What will the parcel look like?
A plain, unbranded box or satchel with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside says what’s inside. See our packaging.
Do I need an account?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist across devices.

What does “body-safe” mean?
Non-porous materials such as medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic and glass that can be cleaned thoroughly and don’t contain phthalates.
Which lube should I use with silicone toys?
Water-based lube is compatible with every toy material. Silicone-based lube is longer lasting but can damage silicone toys, so save it for glass, ABS or toy-free play.
How do I clean my toy?
Wash with warm water and a mild fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner before and after use, then air-dry fully before storing.
Returns, promos & gift cards
Can I return something?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for change of mind. Faulty items are always covered. Returns policy.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter it in the promo / gift card field in your cart or at checkout. WELCOME10 needs your email address first and can be used once per email.
How do gift cards work?
Gift card codes appear on your order confirmation page and are redeemed in the same promo / gift card field. Check a balance.
