Age & consent policy

18+ only

You must be 18 or over to browse or buy from Luminova. When you first visit we ask you to confirm your age and remember your answer with a cookie. By creating an account or placing an order you confirm you are at least 18.

If we think a customer is under 18

We will cancel any order and close any account where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18.

Content standards

Our product imagery and copy are non-explicit. We describe what products do and what they’re made of, clearly and respectfully.

Consent

Everything we sell is designed for consensual adult use. Our buying guides talk openly about communication, boundaries and safety, and we never market products in ways that suggest otherwise.

Parental controls

If you share a device with young people, consider using parental-control or content-filtering tools and signing out of your account after use.
