Changed your mind? Return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened intimate products unless they’re faulty — faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law.

• Use a water-based lube with silicone toys — silicone lube can damage silicone surfaces.
• Let it air-dry fully and store it in its pouch or box, away from other toys and direct sunlight.
• Charge fully before first use and top up every few months if you don’t use it often.
