Our approach
What we commit to.
We sell products that people use on their bodies and in their homes, and some of them are for adults only. That means compliance has to be part of how we work, not a check at the end.
The commitments below apply to everyone who buys or sells on our behalf. They are built into our supplier checks, our distributor agreement and our training. We will report on how we are meeting them as the business grows.

New suppliers are checked for business registration, product documentation and labour standards before we place orders.
Adults-only sales
Adult wellness products are sold only to adults 18+, shipped in plain packaging, and never marketed to minors.
Privacy
Personal information is collected only when needed and handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Ethical sourcing
Suppliers must treat workers fairly and comply with local labour laws. We act when they don’t.

- Never market these products to minors or in general public spaces
