This policy explains how Luminova Global Energy Pty Ltd (ACN 700 055 769), trading as Luminova Global (“we”, “us”), handles personal information. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

- ABN or NZBN and business details, if you apply to become a distributor or open an account
- order, delivery and payment information
- confirmation that you are 18 or over, for adult wellness products
- messages you send us and records of our communications

How we collect it
We collect information directly from you, for example when you complete a form, place an order or contact us. We may also receive information from distributors, retailers or service providers who act on your behalf.
How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess distributor and account applications, supply and deliver products, provide support, meet our legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
