Requirements

What we ask of partners.

These conditions protect customers, the brand and every other distributor in the network. The full terms are in the distributor agreement.

  • A registered business: ABN in Australia or NZBN in New Zealand
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Agree to the distributor agreement and code of conduct
  • Sell adult wellness products only to customers aged 18+, and confirm age where required
  • Use only approved product claims and descriptions, in line with Australian Consumer Law
  • Handle customer information in line with our privacy requirements

Do I need to hold stock?

No. You can order stock to hold yourself, or have us ship each order directly to your customer from our warehouse.

Can I sell online?

Yes, using our approved product descriptions and images. Online sales of adult wellness products must include an age confirmation step.

Which products can I sell?

Distributors can sell from our current range across the divisions they are approved for. Adult wellness products require completion of our adults-only sales training.

How long does an application take?

We reply to every application within five business days. Onboarding and training follow once the agreement is signed.
