How we audit suppliers before we buy

Every new supplier is checked before Luminova places its first order.

Cross-border trade is where every Luminova product starts. Before we place a first order, we check the supplier’s business registration, review product documentation and test reports, and audit or visit the factory.

We then confirm Australian labelling and compliance requirements and calculate the landed cost per unit, so there are no surprises when goods arrive.

Suppliers are re-checked when products or production sites change, and we stop ordering from suppliers who will not correct serious problems.
