How we fulfil distributor and wholesale orders

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from Australian stock with tracking.

Luminova holds stock in Australia so orders can be picked and dispatched quickly. Inbound goods are checked against the purchase order and inspection report before they are put away.

Orders from account managers and distributors are picked, packed for the channel and handed to the carrier with tracking shared with the buyer. Distributors can choose to receive stock themselves or have us ship directly to their customers.

All wellness orders are shipped in plain outer packaging with neutral sender details.
